Yuyin Zhou
About
Yuyin Zhou is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering at UC Santa Cruz, with a primary focus on AI for healthcare, medical image computing, computer vision, and machine learning. Her scholarly achievements include over 90 peer-reviewed publications with over 20,000 citations (as of Jan. 2026) and honors including 2025 Google Research Scholar Award, Best Paper Award at KDD 2025 Health Day and at Computerized Medical Imaging and Graphics 2024, 2023 Hellman Fellowship, and finalist recognition for the MICCAI Young Scientist Publication Impact Award in 2022.
