Computer Vision AI Transparency Adaptive AI Systems Human-AI Interaction Controllable AI

About

I am an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of North Texas. My core research interests lie in Computer Vision and Graphics, with the ultimate goal to improve human life through advanced AI systems. Toward this goal, I am especially interested in investigating how to create AI systems to strike the right balance between understanding the local environment and adapting to it while maintaining transparency, controllability, and user trust.
