William Turkett
About
Dr. William Turkett is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Wake Forest University. He received his Ph.D. in 2004 from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Carolina, where his research was in the area of probabilistic reasoning. Dr. Turkett completed his B.S. in Computer Science (1998) at the College of Charleston(opens in a new tab). His current service roles include being chair (since 2020) of the Department of Computer Science and a member of Wake Forest’s Information Technology Advisory Board. He has previously been trained and acted as an ABET/CSAB Peer Evaluator.
