Rahul Purandare

Dr. Rahul Purandare is an Associate Professor in the School of Computing at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and conducts research in artificial intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and computational social science. His work focuses on developing computational models that can understand and generate human language, as well as leveraging AI techniques to analyze social data and human-centered information. Dr. Purandare has published research in top AI and NLP venues and is actively involved in graduate and undergraduate teaching and mentoring within the department.
