About
Dr. Ming Li is a Professor of Computer Science and has served as Chair of the Computer Science Department at Fresno State. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas and also holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Dr. Li teaches core and advanced computing courses and his areas of expertise include wireless network quality of service, multimedia streaming, robotics communications, and network security
