About

Dr. John Murray-Bruce received both the MEng degree with honours (2012) and the PhD degree (2016) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Imperial College London, UK. In March 2017, he joined the Electrical and Computer Engineering department of Boston University (Boston, MA) as a postdoctoral research associate. In Spring 2020, he joined USF’s Bellini College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Computing as an assistant professor. His primary research area is computational imaging – the co-design of imaging sensors and algorithms to realize novel systems that transcend the capabilities of traditional imaging systems.
