Harvey Siy is a Professor in the Computer Science Department of UNO. His teaching and research interests are in software engineering. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Maryland and spent 10 years in industry at Bell Labs-Lucent Technologies (now Nokia) before joining UNO in 2005.
