Dr. Felix O. Olowononi is an Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. He holds a B.S. from Ahmadu Bello University (Nigeria), an M.S. from Covenant University (Nigeria), and a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity from Howard University. Dr. Olowononi’s research focuses on strengthening security and resilience in connected systems such as IoT and cyber-physical systems (CPS), wireless communications security, critical infrastructure protection, cyber threat intelligence, and security of software-defined networks and communication protocols. He has participated in research projects sponsored by organizations including the NSF, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Defense, and holds professional cybersecurity certifications while being an active member of IEEE and ACM.
