Diego Guevara is an Assistant Professor in the School of Information Security and Applied Computing at Eastern Michigan University’s GameAbove College of Engineering & Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has research interests in cybersecurity, malware analysis, intrusion detection, digital forensics, network security, and secure software engineering. At EMU he teaches courses in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and information assurance, and his work focuses on defending systems and networks against evolving cyber threats
