Cihan Tunc is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of North Texas. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona in 2015, an M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Northeastern University in 2010, and a B.S. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Bahcesehir University in 2008. His research interests include cybersecurity, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), autonomous vehicle security, and social media analysis for cybersecurity. He also serves as an associate editor for Springer Cluster Computing
