Prof. Changqing Li received a B.S. degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 1995, M.S. degree in engineering mechanics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1998, M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Clemson University, Clemson, SC, USA, in 2002, and Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, USA. He is currently a Professor of electrical engineering at the University of California, Merced, Merced, CA, USA. His research interests include biomedical imaging, bioinstrumentation, and image processing.
