About

My name is Anas Mahmoud, known to most people as Nash. I am an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Louisiana State University. I direct the Software Engineering and Evolution Lab (SEEL) at LSU. I received my PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Mississippi State University, as well as my Master's degree from the same department. My research interests are in empirical software engineering, with emphasis on requirements engineering, static code analysis, and human-computer interaction. My work at SEEL is funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), Google, the Louisiana Board of Regents, and LSU.
